Position Summary



  • As a Front Desk Officer at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort, you will be pivotal in ensuring our guests' positive and memorable experiences.

  • You will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and managing various administrative tasks.

  • This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.


Key Responsibilities


Guest Reception:



  • Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival at the resort.

  • Provide information about resort facilities, and services.

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.


Reservation Management:



  • Handle reservation requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to resort policies.

  • Assist guests in booking accommodations, dining, spa, and other resort amenities.

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system.


Customer Service:



  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance to enhance their experience.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and ensure guest satisfaction.


Administrative Tasks:



  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

  • Complete checklists, reports, and other administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications



  • OND, B.Sc, additional education in Hospitality is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using reservation and property management systems.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
