Conduct KPI board meetingsvin wrapping, packing, and authenticating the data and ensure execution of action points mentioned in the board to improve capacity.
Focusing on productivity improvement kg/worker/hr and OEE.
Employee Training and Skill Development: Measure the effectiveness of employee training programs, focusing on enhancing skills to improve production efficiency and quality
Downtime due to Maintenance: Monitor the amount of production downtime specifically attributed to maintenance activities, ensuring that maintenance does not excessively disrupt production.
Develop standard operation procedures and ensure the adherence of the same by workers.
Implement Continuous improvement projects and train workers on Problem-solving tools (RCA, 5W1H, 5 Why, GSTD, etc) to eliminate day-to-day problems and train people.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Sciences or related course.
3 years of cognate experience in the Milling industry or any FMCG where Continuous Improvement Methodologies are applied.
Demonstrable expertise in Data Analytics.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent will be a plus.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to navigate multifunctional teams and be a dedicated team player.
Excellent organizational abilities with great time management skills.
