Job Description

We are seeking to hire a “Data Analyst” with Advanced MS Excel skill to manage all aspects of customer experience data. Our ideal candidate must have proven ability to create interactive dashboards and reports from large datasets using advanced capabilities and functions such as macros, power query / power view etc.

Requirements

• 
  

  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or any relevant discipline

  
  


• 
  

  A minimum of 1 year (post NYSC) in a similar statistical or data analysis role i.e., collecting, sorting, and analysing lots of data with accuracy 

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (compulsory) – VLOOKUP, Pivot Table etc. 

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to write Macros / VBA.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau would prove an added advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent statistical and communication skills (written and spoken).

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of statistical analysis, quantitative analysis and predictive analytics.

  Excellent data, graphical (presentation) and reporting skills.
