Job Summary



  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a deep understanding of medical laboratory operations to join our dynamic sales team.

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting laboratory equipment and services, and achieving sales targets.

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in laboratory sciences and be skilled in building and maintaining client relationships.


Key Responsibilities


Market Research and Client Identification:



  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the medical laboratory industry.

  • Build and maintain a database of potential leads and clients.


Client Engagement and Consultation:



  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in medical laboratories.

  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.


Product and Service Presentation:



  • Showcase the features and benefits of laboratory equipment supplies, and services to clients.

  • Customize presentations to align with clients' needs and goals.


Sales and Revenue Generation:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements.


Technical Knowledge:



  • Maintain a strong understanding of laboratory equipment, technologies, and industry trends.

  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Market Expansion:



  • Identify opportunities to expand the company's presence in the medical laboratory market.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets or regions.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the medical laboratory industry.

  • Strong understanding of laboratory operations, equipment, and technologies.
