GENERAL



  • Assist the Executive Director with organizational, financial and personal administration on a daily basis

  • Be friendly and personable while managing heavy communications and calendar scheduling to coordinate various complex meetings

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through in a timely manner

  • Lead short term project and initiatives as requested by the Executive Director

  • Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information

  • Have a proven ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing  the scope of authority

  • Assist the Executive Director with all other related assigned tasks


SCHEDULING



  • Work with the Executive Director to manage his calendar and schedule (board meetings, conferences, regular office visits) including coordinating the Executive Director’s global and domestic itineraries

  • Ensure that key dates and events are highlighted to the Executive Director ahead of time


MEETINGS



  • Prepare materials, packets and presentations for Executive Director’s meetings, Management meetings and staff meetings

  • Organize the logistics  of board meeting and other key internal meeting

  • Coordinate and distribute notes at management meetings as requested

  • Organize and arrange venues for all other meetings as requested by the Executive Director


PROJECTS



  • Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.

  • Establishing the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Recruiting and training new employees.

  • Performing regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.

  • Designing business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.

  • Making sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.

  • Developing a comprehensive company budget and performing periodic budget analyses.

  • Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.

  • Assessing overall company performance.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • B.sc/HND in any field

  • 3 years’ work experience as a Business Manager with Administrative skills

  • Excellent attention to details, accuracy and quality

  • Ability to drive and must have a valid driver’s license

  • Must have organizational skills
