Responsibilities

• Prepare the plant for operations at the beginning of the day and perform shut down procedures at the end of the day.


• Maintain proper raw material levels and order as needed (aggregates, cement, additives)


• Load aggregate material into batch plant.


• Responsible for daily inspection of facilities, do necessary repairs and will complete maintenance checklist.


• Ensure that all company safety regulations and policies are always followed.

Qualifications / Requirements

• OND / HND in Civil Engineering | Trade Test 1-3| Industrial Training Certificate


• 7 – 12 years hands - on experience as a Batching Plant Operator.


• Knowledge of plant operation, maintenance and electrical systems required.


• Thorough understanding of the concrete manufacturing process required.


• Must have worked as a Batching Plant Operator in a Construction Company with large construction site.


• Industry Preference: Civil Engineering Construction Company with Large Construction site.
