Training Management: Contribute to the formulation, implementation and continuous review of the training centre curriculum, ensuring the relevance of learning methods and the achievement of learning outcomes
Curriculum Management: Supervise the development and ongoing maintenance of the curriculum, lesson plans, lecture notes, assignments and learning materials for instructor led in-person and virtual training as well as online self-study programmes
Entrepreneurship Support and Guidance: Ensure entrepreneurs enrolled in the program are appropriately supported with timely and constructive guidance for their development.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fashion
5 years’ experience in fashion education
Experience with fashion entrepreneurship or adult training programs would be an advantage.
