Summary



  • The Sales & Marketing Manager will ensure the sales, development and delivery of competitive proposals for our power business, champion leads generation, develop and maintain partnerships and client relationships, track procurement opportunities, and guide pre-bid intelligence gathering efforts.


Responsibilities



  • Take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.

  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term following targets.

  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration.

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals.

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy.

  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.

  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.

  • Communicate and market product applications to residential, commercial and industrial clients.

  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.

  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, and events.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees in Business Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Marketing and other Social Sciences

  • 7 - 15 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing

  • Successful track record in B2B/B2C sales and negotiation.

  • Mastery experience in sales techniques.

  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources.

  • Experience with CRM software (ex: Salesforce).

  • Ability to deliver presentations effectively.

  • Experience in alternative power generation company is an added advantage.
