This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Coordinator located in Lagos.
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the facility's day-to-day operations, ensuring the building's safety and functionality.
The Facilities Coordinator will also be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
4 years experience in the property and facility management industry is a plus
