Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Coordinator located in Lagos.


• The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the facility's day-to-day operations, ensuring the building's safety and functionality.


• The Facilities Coordinator will also be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Experience in budgeting and financial management


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills


• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations


• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field


• 4 years experience in the property and facility management industry is a plus
