Responsibilities



  • Responsible for marketing the company's products through traditional and non-traditional marketing.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of all products and services.

  • Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

  • Commit to personal development and keep abreast of industry trends by attending workshops; and participating in professional societies.

  • Ensure individual targets and that of the team is met and exceeded.


Qualifications



  • OND, HND and BSc holder in any discipline

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Direct Sales Agent in any commercial bank an added advantage.

  • Ability to generate sales leads from field and online.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.

  • Strong leadership abilities

  • Excellent good writing, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Possess interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with prospects and existing customers.
