OVERVIEW:



  • A highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

  • The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex schedules, handling confidential information with discretion, and facilitating seamless communication within theo anization and with extemal stakeholders.


KEY DUTIES:



  • Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the CEO as appropriate.

  • Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for executive meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.

  • Arrange complex, domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO, including the preparation of minutes Of meetings.

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up Of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

  • Process and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing and filtering communications to ensure the CEOs time is optimized.

  • Collect and compile relevant information for decision-making purposes, providing the CEO with comprehensive briefings.


QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Or similar role supporting C-level executives.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of proficiency in office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.


EXPERIENCE:



  • Minimum of 3 years Of experience supporting C-level executives.

  • Previous experience in a similar industry or corporate setting is a plus.
