PURPOSE

• Ensure that all Silos equipment and machines are properly maintain and ready production.

THE JOB

• To ensure that all Silos equipment and machines are properly maintain and ready production.


• Ensuring daily cleanliness of weighing equipment.


• Maintain the drivers get down from their trucks before capturing the weights in order to avoid any argument or confusion within the process.


• Collect the waybill from the drivers, enter the information directly on the system and then ensure the drivers leaves the bridge after capturing the information on the waybills.


• Collection of waybills for the second scaling and generating the weigh tickets after the second scaling.


• Ensuring collation of waybills and weigh-tickets and submission of the two to the appropriate office.


• Ensure the weighbridge is balanced and reading zero and notify the manager of any operational problems with the weighbridge (inaccuracies, damage, cleanliness etc.).

THE PERSON MUST

• Have effective verbal and written communication skills.


• Have effective time keeping and attendance record skills.


• Have great problem-solving and supervisory abilities.


• Have excellent customer service skills.


• Possess the ability to work in a team and independently.

QUALIFICATION

• O’ levels, Technical certificate


• At least OND Certificate in Science will be added advantage.


• Computer literacy is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years experience.
