• We are looking for a Social Impact Manager for Africa to become a key member of Glovo's Impact & Sustainability team, in charge of coordinating the implementation of our different impact programs in our countries of activities, by empowering the local teams through strategic and technical support.

THE JOURNEY

• Implement the programs and actions of Social Impact of the company in Africa, in order to guarantee the achievement of the objectives at local level.


• Coordination with International Social Impact Manager and Social Ambassadors of the region to define a roadmap and new projects implementation.


• Manage response to call for tenders related to social impact projects (ex: IFC, African Development Bank, Foodbanks, etc.)


• Project management, stakeholders management and excel skills.


• Lead the preparation of reporting for each country.


• Have regular contact with NGOs.

What You Will Bring To The Ride

• Be a professional in the careers of Social Communication, Sociology, Political Science, Business Administration or related, with preference in orientation or postgraduate studies in CSR and Sustainability;


• Have at least 5 years of experience developed in similar positions with experience in project implementation;


• Outstanding project management skills;


• A natural inclination for social relations and an innate talent for persuading, engaging and involving stakeholders of all kinds, regardless of who you're dealing with, around shared goals.


• Effective English written and communication skills, Frenchis a plus.


• You have an ambition that makes some people think you're crazy while inspiring others
