Job Description



  • As a Sales representative at Drinks.ng, you'll be responsible for selling the company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, visitations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

  • You’re both inside and outside i.e you will sell over the phone and also sell through face-to-face meetings.


Responsibilities

What the job requires you to do:



  • Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges.

  • Compile report on sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)

  • Work closely with salespeople and other internal team members to meet individual and group sales targets

  • Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sale approach.

  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.

  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.

  • Plan for the achievement of targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company

  • Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results

  • ​Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners.


Requirements

What the role requires you to possess:



  • 1 - 3 years work experience

  • Experience in sales in Lagos especially on the island

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

  • A commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.

  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
