Our client is a rapidly growing Real Estate company, currently looking for exceptional talent to fill the position of Senior Estate Surveyor and Valuer.
The successful candidate will coordinate the operational activities of the organization and will be responsible for the supervision of the office workflow, Property Valuation, Property Management, and Business Development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, schedule, and coordinate various phases of surveying work and monitoring the quality of service on work performed.
Monitor work and projects performed by subordinate surveyors to ensure maintenance of quality, content, consistency, and continuity of work performed.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to lower-level and less experienced surveyors.
Maintains and directs the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with human resources, legal, sales, marketing, manufacturing, accounting, IT and other departments
Develop and implement policies for daily operations, and communicate these policy changes to department supervisors
Oversee all property valuation and assessment for any location
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in estate management or relevant field
Masters in related discipline
Member of relevant professional bodies (ANIVS, ESVARBON)
Minimum 7 - 8 Years of industry experience.
Minimum 7- 8 years of total working experience.
Minimum 2 - 3 Years in senior management level.
Preferred working experience with (Private Practice, Banks, Real Estate, and Investment Companies)
