Dekina Beauty Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Beauty Sales Representative to join our team.
As a representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our premium beauty products, fostering brand loyalty, and contributing to the growth of Dekina Beauty.
Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell Dekina Beauty products to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product line, ingredients, and benefits to effectively communicate these to customers.
Utilize your network and develop new leads to expand the customer base.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by employing effective sales techniques.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.
Submit regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in beauty or cosmetics sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry.
Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with beauty product ingredients and their benefits is a plus.
Remuneration:
This is a commission-based freelance position.
Sales representatives will receive remuneration based on a percentage of each product sold.
