Job Description

• Assist in the setup and teardown of event venues, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.


• Coordinate with various vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup of materials.


• Act as liaisons between different teams and departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.


• Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.


• Manage logistics, such as distributing materials, coordinating schedules, and overseeing event timelines.


• Assist with crowd control and ensure the safety and comfort of event attendees.


• Handle miscellaneous tasks and errands to support the overall success of the event.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND qualification with 2-6 years experience.
