  • Execute food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients according to specified recipes and portion sizes.

  • Cook and prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring that they meet the established quality standards and presentation guidelines.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area, including work surfaces, utensils, and cooking equipment.

  • Track and record food usage to contribute to inventory control and cost management initiatives.

  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

  • Adhere to sanitation and hygiene regulations to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, FSLC qualification with 2-10 years experience.

  • Must be attentive to details

  • Must be able to manage time properly

  • Must have a clear communication skills

  • Must be flexible and capable of adjusting to changing circumstances in a dynamic kitchen environment.

  • Should be able to manage the jitchen when the cook is unavailable

  • Should be on top of her personal hygiene

  • Should be comfortable around dogs
