JOB SUMMARY:

The house keeper will be responsible for cooking, cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing trash, changing beds, and notifying maintenance of any issues. She should have an eye for cleanliness.

JOB RESPONSIBIITIES:

• Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.


•  Sweeping, and mopping floor


• Grocery shopping


• Notifying managers of necessary repairs.


• Collecting and disposing of trash..


• Cooking and any other assigned responsibilities

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to manage your time efficiently.


• Work well unsupervised.


• Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.


• High school diploma.


• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively


• Ability to take corrections and put up a positive attitude


• Hard worker


• Must be willing to stay in the premises and go home on Sundays.
