We are currently recruiting a Field Engineer Supervisor for a well-established engineering company to oversee teams of maintenance engineers at various locations across the South West states.

The Field Supervisor will manage the field maintenance teams across 50 sites. The duties include: ensure site operations, maintenance, and services across sites, monitor generators to ensure uninterrupted power, strong technical knowledge of all aspects of generators, such as distribution panels, transfer switches, etc.

Qualifications:

• HND / Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or similar


• 10+ years experience in generator maintenance, with at least 3 at supervisory level


• Experience managing teams across locations


• Strong leadership skills


• Ability to identify problems and respond in timely manner to ensure no disruptions
