We are currently recruiting a Head of Operations for our client, a leading engineering company, to be based in their head office in VI, Lagos. 

The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing all field teams across the South West states and ensuring generators at all locations are constantly functioning. The Head of Operations will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and ensuring seamless coordination across various sites.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years, with at least 3 in a similar role


• Experience managing teams across locations


• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and reducing costs


• Strong leadership and team management skills
