  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with the firm's over all business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to stay a breast of industry trends, competitor activities and client needs.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and cohesive brand identity.

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team.

  • Collaborate with the sale steam to convert leads into clients through strategic sales initiatives.

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns to attract prospective clients.

  • Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline the lead management process

  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.


Requirements



  • B.Sc / HND from reputable institution

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in any service providing Industry

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven sales track record with evidence

  • Proficiency in Ms Office and CRM software

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques

  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
