Job Description

• Oversee planningandcoordinationofdailyoperations.


• Enforce compliance with companypolicies,proceduresandplans.


• Manage work teams and activities


• Manage Clients, vendor and service provider contracts & relationship and ensure company’s interest is always protected


• Provide technical support for the recruitment of seafarers


• Oversee relationship with unions and communities within the areas of operation, to safeguard the company’s operations


• Oversee the implementation of company’s QHSSE policies and procedures within the division


• Responsible for safe and efficient activity of Marine operations Service


• Prepare periodic reports of activities to management


• Manage and monitor all planned and unplanned repairs to ensure conducted safely.


• Prepare and conduct trainings for officers and crew.


• Conduct safety, environmental and security drills onboard to assess effectiveness.

Requirements

• Other relevant maritime certifications.


• Minimum of 5 years experience in marine operations or similar role.


• Excellent communication and time management skills.


• Ability to develop, improve and implement safe, and cost-effective technical vessel management processes.


• In-depth knowledge of the rules and regulations governing vessels’ management.


• Proficient in the use of computer


• STCW Certifications


• Certificate of competency.
