Job Responsibilities



  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

  • Collaborate with client to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

  • Promote a positive work culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.

  • Support managers in addressing performance issues and recognizing achievements.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs for employee skill development.

  • Facilitate orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with local labor laws.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.

  • Address employee queries related to benefits and ensure timely enrollment

  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases.

  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in HRIS applications and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Certification in HR management will be an added advantage.
