ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts in the automotive sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and understanding their evolving business needs.
Sales Process Management:
- Oversee the complete sales process, from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless experience for corporate clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to each corporate account, aligning with overall organizational goals.
Sales Performance:
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
- Regularly assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Effective Presentations:
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing Carbin Africa's products and services, emphasizing their value proposition and alignment with client requirements.
- Tailor presentations to address specific challenges and opportunities within each corporate account.
Negotiation Skills:
- Engage in effective negotiations to secure favorable terms for both Carbin Africa and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that negotiated agreements are aligned with company policies and objectives.
Revenue Forecasting:
- Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts based on a thorough understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and sales pipeline.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of key developments and addressing any issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a focus on corporate sales
- Proven success achieving and exceeding quotas
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to close
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Thorough understanding of the company’s products and services
- Proficient use of Google Office ( google docs, google sheet etc).
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
- The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests.
