Job Details

• Calibrate and clean machine to start a production cycle


• Control and adjust Machine speed.


• Carry out proper maintenance of the machine and inspect parts with precision and measuring tools


• Test operation of machines periodically


• Fix issues that might occur during the shift


• Frequently cross check out put from the machine and correct any detected error.


• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products


• Maintain updated activities log


• Working knowledge of handling utilities like Generator, Boilers, Compressors, Chillers, Water Treatment Plant, Nimco 1L, Pakona, pet filling line(blow mold, filler, sleeve machine and shrink machine )  is a must.
