JOB SUMMARY :

The Operations Manager ensures smooth and efficient running of the day to day activities of a business by optimizing processes and procedures that meet customer expectations in a cost effective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement strategies that drives operational efficiency


• Maintain constant communication with management, staff and vendors as needed


• Ensure smooth running of operations in a standard cost effective way


• Examine financial data as necessary to design plans to increase profitability 


• Support in recruitment and training of staff


• Carry out proper staff supervision


• Perform quality control 


• Formulate processes and procedures 


• Manage budget and forecast


• Improve existing operational management systems 


• Oversee office management, inventory and procurement 


• Constant improvement of customer service 


• Ensure timely delivery of all operational activities 


• Work closely with external teams as needed


• Prepare well documented reports and analysis of data gathered 


• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS : 

• Minimum of a B.Sc degree in business, IT, Business or related field


• At least 2 years work experience  in related field.


• Experience in conflict management  and negotiation 


• Proven ability in successfully managing a budget 


• Strong IT skills and background
