Job Description



  • General office management and maintenance

  • Supervision of gardener/cleaners towards ensuring a clean and tidy office environment, ensuring all restrooms are clean and adequate toiletries are available every time

  • Receive incoming correspondence and distribute appropriately

  • Maintain a professional looking reception environment at all times

  • Management of stationery supplies for general office use

  • Ensure the smooth running of operations and activities of the front office

  • Take a lead in engagement with vendors and suppliers in Lagos

  • Support with engagement involving regulatory authorities for proper approvals and signage

  • Greet and receive guest/ ensure visitors are comfortable and promptly attended to by relevant officers

  • Attend to / direct enquiries to appropriate personnel

  • Prepare a weekly expenditure report on office expenses per department

  • Ensure the prompt settlement of bills for utilities – power, water.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
