Job Description
- General office management and maintenance
- Supervision of gardener/cleaners towards ensuring a clean and tidy office environment, ensuring all restrooms are clean and adequate toiletries are available every time
- Receive incoming correspondence and distribute appropriately
- Maintain a professional looking reception environment at all times
- Management of stationery supplies for general office use
- Ensure the smooth running of operations and activities of the front office
- Take a lead in engagement with vendors and suppliers in Lagos
- Support with engagement involving regulatory authorities for proper approvals and signage
- Greet and receive guest/ ensure visitors are comfortable and promptly attended to by relevant officers
- Attend to / direct enquiries to appropriate personnel
- Prepare a weekly expenditure report on office expenses per department
- Ensure the prompt settlement of bills for utilities – power, water.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
