Job Summary

• A trading officer is responsible for managing digital exchange services between the company and her clients. He or she performs other functions in relation to customer services and book keeping .

Core Responsibilities

• Perform exchange transactions with clients and ensure customers derive optimal satisfaction from trading experience.


• Ensure adequate documentation of work data through book keeping.


• ⁠Manage customers services and other enquiries.


• Promote company’s brand through marketing efforts .


• Perform other functions as may be necessary in the line of work.

Key Requirements

• Must possess educational qualifications ranging from an SSCE / ND / HND / B.Sc.


• Good knowledge of ICT or basic computing.


• Detailed and target oriented with goal mindset


• Excellent team spirit and communications skill


• Good human relations and interpersonal skills
