Employee Duties And Responsibilities



  • Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from individuals interested in our products and services. Provide accurate information and assist in addressing queries and concerns effectively.

  • Follow-Up: Initiate follow-up calls or emails with potential clients to provide additional information and guide them through our offerings.

  • Email Correspondence: Monitor and respond to company emails promptly and professionally. Prioritize urgent messages and ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.

  • Lead Response: Capture and manage leads generated through different channels. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.

  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.

  • Social Media Management: Maintain our company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Create engaging posts, respond to comments and messages, and keep our audience informed about company updates and promotions.
