Job Duties



  • Oversee and coordinate the conception, visualization and implementation of best in class/award winning creative designs, concepts, solutions and campaigns for client briefs

  • Drive the development of advertising creative best practices to create compelling assets and influence client-produced efforts

  • Enhance department and Company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different clients’ creative request

  • Provide creative direction on identity development, campaigns, brand and style guides, copywriting, and content creation, including social and video

  • Drive creative excellence and quality across all work streams/projects

  • Oversee creative consultations with account teams to ensure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/ accuracy of input, budget, schedules, production support, necessary reviews and client presentations

  • Collaborate with Strategisrs and business partners to translate briefs into conceptual designs, maintaining campaign and brand continuity

  • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines

  • Determine production schedule by conferring with art, copy writing, and production units; outlining basic presentation concepts; coordinating creative activities

  • Manage and provide critiques and mentorship to a team of designers and art directors to guide them to create engaging and award-winning content

  • Provide thoughtful creative feedback and coaching to inspire innovative ideas and career growth


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 6 years work experience.

  • Expert graphic design and art direction skills for a range of media (print, digital, web, out-of-home, presentations)

  • Expert user of a variety of design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, illustrator), 3dmax, Figma, Cinema4d and Microsoft Office applications, in particular PowerPoint

  • Strong project and/or account management

  • Ability to present and communicate ideas, concepts and constructive criticism appropriately and purposefully

  • Able to manage a diverse workload with multiple competing priorities and stakeholder needs; strong follow through and response with colleagues and projects with a sensitivity to timelines and deadlines

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail

  • Leadership skills
