We are currently seeking a highly academically strong and experienced Pharmacist or Pharmacologist to join our team as a Territory Manager.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Effectively promote and communicate the features and benefits of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with medical professionals to provide educational support, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
Conduct training sessions and presentations for healthcare professionals as needed.
Provide regular reports and updates to the regional sales manager.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals within the territory.
Qualifications
B.Pharm or PhD in Pharmacology from an accredited institution with 2-4 years experience
Previous experience as a pharmaceutical detailer or territory manager is highly desirable.
Strong academic background with a deep understanding of pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with the local healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
