  • We are currently seeking a highly academically strong and experienced Pharmacist or Pharmacologist to join our team as a Territory Manager.

  • In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales within your assigned territory.


Responsibilities



  • Effectively promote and communicate the features and benefits of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and market share growth.

  • Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Collaborate with medical professionals to provide educational support, answer inquiries, and address concerns.

  • Conduct training sessions and presentations for healthcare professionals as needed.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to the regional sales manager.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals within the territory.


Qualifications



  • B.Pharm or PhD in Pharmacology from an accredited institution with 2-4 years experience

  • Previous experience as a pharmaceutical detailer or territory manager is highly desirable.

  • Strong academic background with a deep understanding of pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with the local healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
