Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.


• Ensure timely and accurate financiareporting.


• Manage tax planning, preparation, and filing processes.


• Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.


• Analyze financiadata and provide strategic insights.


• Collaborate with externaauditors and regulatory authorities.


• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and tax laws.


• Implement internacontrols to ensure financiacompliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting.


• Professionacertification (ACCA, ICAN, etc.) is a plus.


• In-depth knowledge of tax laws and filing procedures.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.


• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
