Description

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facility Manager to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and security.


• Manage and lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals to ensure a high standard of work.


• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance facility efficiency.


• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Business, or a related field.


• 2 years work experience.


• Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.


• Ability to analyze and optimize facility operations for cost-effectiveness.
