- The Head of Contract and Tender Management will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end contract and tender processes.
- This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's contract portfolio, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and driving efficiency in the tendering process.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Management:
- Develop and implement robust contract management processes to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Negotiate, review, and draft contracts, and collaborate with legal and other relevant departments to mitigate risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Tender Management:
- Lead the tender process from identification to submission, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Analyze tender requirements, assess risks, and develop winning strategies to secure contracts.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of contract and tender professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and support in complex contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance contract and tender management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline workflows.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes affecting contracts and tenders.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization's interests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in [relevant field]; Master’s Degree or professional certification in Contract Management is a plus.
