Job Responsibilities.



  • Give administrative support to members of the safety team.

  • Get updates from relevant stakeholders on assigned trip incidence.

  • Data entry utilizing dashboard and MS Excel.

  • Send emails and correspondence using the safety email.

  • Attend internal meetings as a representative of the safety unit.

  • Attend to assigned administrative support requests from the field teams.

  • Organize training, and make arrangements for other safety events.


Job Requirement:



  • Demonstrable interest of working within a commercial corporate environment in an administrative role.

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage own workload.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and deliver to deadlines.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to converse on all levels.

  • Posses a 'can do attitude' with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
