Principal Duties / Responsibilities

Strategic Design Leadership:

• Drive the product vision by merging strategic business goals with human-centered design principles.


• Champion a design-thinking mindset throughout the organization, fostering creativity and empathy in product development.

Collaborative UX/UI Excellence:

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of UX/UI designers, developers, and subject matter experts to create visually stunning and intuitive products.


• Ensure a seamless collaboration between design and development teams, fostering an environment where creativity and functionality converge.

User-Centric Product Development:

• Stay at the forefront of design trends and emerging technologies to infuse innovation into our HR solutions.


• Translate user insights into actionable design requirements that enhance the overall user experience.

Performance Analytics:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and inform data-driven decision-making.


• Utilize analytics and user feedback to iterate on products, ensuring continuous improvement and market leadership.

Brand Storytelling:

• Work closely with the Marketing team to create compelling narratives and visuals that tell the story of our HR solutions.


• Ensure a consistent and captivating brand experience across all product touchpoints.

Job Requirements

To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience of 2+ years in product management with a focus on UX/UI design, preferably in HR solutions or consulting.


• Strong portfolio showcasing successful product launches and UX/UI design projects.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
