Our client,a fintech company, is  seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account and administration officer.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires a combination of financial acumen, administrative skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Responsibilities 



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  • Process and record financial transactions in the accounting system.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable 

  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and track receivables.

  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.

  • Monitor and control company expenses.

  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as required.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

  • Provide administrative support to the office and management team.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers.

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

  • Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors when necessary.

  • Assist in preparing financial presentations or reports for stakeholders.

  • Respond to inquiries from employees and external parties.

  • Manage the retention of financial and administrative records.

  • Ensure compliance with document retention policies.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field 

  • a minimum of 2 years of experience  in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the fintech industry.

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


Salary : #150,000 - #200,0000 per month
