Role Description

• This is a contract remote role for an Android Developer.


• The Android Developer will be responsible for mobile application development, Android design, Android development, and software development.


• Day-to-day tasks include designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.


• The Android Developer will also be responsible for maintaining existing codebases and writing clean, readable, and testable code.

Qualifications

Our preference is that the candidates have experience in the top 5 comparator Banks, the Big 4 and large well-established FinTechs Only.

At least 4years experience

• Mobile Application Development and Mobile Applications skills


• Android Design and Android Development skills


• Software Development skills


• Experience with Kotlin and/or Java programming languages


• Strong understanding of Android Studio and Android SDKs


• Experience with Git, Jira, or similar tools


• Excellent problem-solving skills


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field


• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
