Key Responsibilities


As the Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:



  • Managing the complex diaries of the CEO, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all commitments are met.

  • Organizing and managing all national and international travel arrangements, including logistics such as flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

  • Regularly coordinating audio and video conference calls, using tools such as Zoom and Teams.

  • Taking accurate records of meeting minutes and following up on action items.

  • Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

  • Supporting project work and research as required and coordinating and collating business reports.

  • Managing and coordinating all monthly expenses and maintaining accurate records.

  • Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive.

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, both physical and digital.

  • Ensuring relevant networking and effective work relationships with all divisions and departments in the organization, as well as board members.

  • Networking with external contacts, and building relationships that benefit the CEO and the organization.

  • Working closely with other assistants, providing support as required


 


Key Requirements:



  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a reputable academic institution.

  • 3+ years of experience as an EA or PA, supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced organization.

  • Experience working in top local or international firms is preferred.

  • Must possess a proactive mind-set, able to think on their feet, present ideas, and find the best solutions.

  • Display genuine business acumen, with a tenacious approach and a strong work ethic.

  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of MS Office.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with great report writing abilities and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet/exceed targets, deadlines, and work under pressure.

  • Well-developed organizational skills and a result-oriented approach.

  • Project management skills, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

  • High level of integrity, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organized.

  • HIGHLY FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS


RENUMERATION



  • Salary ranges from N150,000 to N200,000
