Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate, the ideal candidate for this position will play a crucial role in driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction in our outlet. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, understanding product knowledge, and employing effective sales techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in discovering the ideal home fragrance products that suit their preferences and needs.


• Providing expert guidance on scent selection, fragrance categories, and product features.


• Conducting scent sampling and personalized fragrance consultations to enhance the customer experience.


• Maintaining a deep understanding of our home fragrance products and staying updated on new arrivals and promotions.


• Contributing to the visual merchandising of the store to create an inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment.


• Operating point of sale systems, handling transactions, and managing inventory of home fragrance products.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in fragrance sales or a strong passion for home fragrance products will be an added advantage.


• Exceptional knowledge of home fragrance categories, scent profiles, and the ability to personalize recommendations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and build lasting relationships.


• A keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and new home fragrance products.


• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
