Role Description


Our client, an upscale and minimalist restaurant located in Ikoyi, Lagos, is looking to hire a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator. This full-time on-site role.


The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, creating proposals, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business development goals. To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical and presentation skills. You should also be able to conduct timely market analysis and oversee the day-to-day business activities.


Marketing


Designing and creating marketing and communications materials, such as flyers, brochures, and email marketing content.


Business development


Supporting the company's growth and development by researching and analyzing industry data and trends. This includes identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities by generating leads in sales, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating promotional activities.


Other responsibilities include:



  • Conducting market analysis

  • Initiating contact with prospects

  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients

  • Addressing the needs of existing clients

  • Completing a range of administrative duties


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and identify trends

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships

  • Experience in market research and analysis

  • Strong proposal writing skills

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing outstanding service to clients and customers

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business development goals

  • Experience in human resources or related fields is a plus


SALARY: NGN 150,000 PLUS COMMISSION
