Job Description




  • We are looking for an ambitious Admin/Human Resource Manager (Admin/HR Manager) to serve as the leader of the Admin/HR department within the organization.

  • The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

  • They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 


 RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • You will be responsible for managing the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources functions.

  • Suggest and implement advanced, best practices HR strategies and procedures

  • Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process

  • Oversee payroll submissions and payments

  • Structure competitive benefits packages, and measure their success

  • Promote healthy relationships between staff and management through mediation and handling labor disputes

  • Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization

  • Facilitate employee on-boarding and off-boarding

  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data and maintaining accurate and complete employee records

  • Educate, train and supervise employees on the common HR topics

  • Track and analyze relevant HR metrics

  • Create reports for senior management 


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Good in Microsoft Office Package

  • Must be fluent in English speaking and writing

  • At least 5year working Experiences.

  • Labor laws knowledge

  • Excellent leadership, training and development skills

  • strong Decision making skills

  • Ability to manage the team
