  • As an Operations Analyst at Madison & Park Limited, you will play a vital role in assisting the company's operations department in optimizing overall performance.

  • You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, interpreting data, and providing valuable insights to improve operational efficiency and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform statistical analysis on operational data and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on findings.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to develop effective strategies for operational optimization.

  • Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and gaps in operations, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain effective documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.

  • Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar software.

  • Solid understanding of operations management principles and best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
