Position Overview

• As a Video Editor/Graphics Designer, you will be a key player in visually communicating our brand story and showcasing our properties through engaging and high-quality video content.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit compelling video content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.


• Design visually appealing graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and presentations.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns and property showcases.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative video and design techniques.


• Manage and organize video and graphic assets to ensure easy accessibility for the team.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver content within specified timelines.


• Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all multimedia channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.


• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in a real estate or related industry.


• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).


• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design projects.


• Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing content.


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
