Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager with a strong engineering background and a minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial roles.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of our facilities, equipment, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of all machinery, equipment, and facilities.


• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental goals.


• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute maintenance projects in alignment with production schedules.


• Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality and safety.


• Evaluate and select external vendors for specialized maintenance services when necessary.


• Implement and enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety among the maintenance team.


• Utilize data and key performance indicators to continuously improve maintenance processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position within the maintenance field.


• Proven expertise in developing and implementing maintenance strategies.


• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.


• In-depth knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
