  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems for staff members.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and application software.

  • Conduct regular updates and patches to ensure the security and optimal performance of systems.

  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

  • Provide onboarding support for new employees, including setting up computer systems and user accounts.

  • Implement and monitor data backup procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of critical data.

  • Assist in implementing and enforcing IT security policies.

  • Provide training sessions to staff on IT best practices and proper usage of technology.

  • Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams for IT-related projects.


Qualifications:



  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a similar IT support role.

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with microfinance operations and systems (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
