As a Business Development Lead for Sales and Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and expansion of the company's sales and market presence.   • Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:

  • Lead efforts to generate new leads and opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, networking, and marketing campaigns.

  • Nurture and build relationships with potential clients, ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to conversion.

  • Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:

  • Identify potential strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and collaborations to expand the company's market reach and enhance its competitive advantage.

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

  • Sales Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear targets and objectives for individual team members.

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to improve the team's overall performance and achieve sales targets.

  • Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.

  • Brand Promotion and Communication:
