Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. (Experience in Human Resource, recruitment &consultancy is a plus)
- At least 2 years proven work experience in a similar role.
- Business development and marketing skills
- Conducting market research to determine prospects
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong understanding of business requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
- Proven ability to drive significant revenue generation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
