Summary

• We are hiring a passionate and energetic Account Receivables Officer to manage the agreed SLA on account receivables by ensuring that all outstanding sales proceeds are deposited same day of load-out.

Responsibilities

• Cash receipt and processing.


• Verify and accurately post receivables on ERP.


• Report on Aged Receivables and other ad hoc reporting where applicable.


• Ensuring queries on receivables are addressed in a timely manner.


• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HND with 2 years’ A/R experience in Retail/Distribution/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).


• Tech savvy.


• Must possess good analytical and computing skills.
